Location was very convenient front desk worker Lindsay was exceptional at her job and made it easy for us to check in and check out. Definitely a great place to stay.

Our family had to stop at this hotel last second yesterday at 630am due to an unexpected storm travelling afar. The hotel was so accommodating from the start to finish and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful when in need. It was a bonus to be pet friendly and I would highly reccomend this hotel if you're in need of a place to stay. Accessible accommodations near by too.

Very good experience at this location. I felt that the ladies at the front desk were super helpful, very kind and welcoming. I had a unique family circumstance that requires me to check in early. The front desk staff were helpful and understanding in my situation and helped me. I really appreciate there help. The room itself was spacious. It wasn’t completely clean but it wasn’t bad overall.

Stayed here recently and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is great, can't get much better when you are travelling through. You can tell they are working on upgrading the rooms, some things were newly done like the floors but other things like the office chair (seat) was peeling off. The rooms still need work but the room itself, bathroom and bedding were clean which is more than you can say about other budget friendly places. There are some visible things like stains on the carpet in the hall but it's not dirty. My only feedback for management is to fix the broken exterior doors, it is a security issue. Breakfast was included, which is a bonus. Saves time when getting on the road, it did the trick. -Coffee, juices, unfortunately out of tea -Bread, Bagel to toast w/butter or jam or cream cheese -Egg and Sausage patty were the hit options. I wasn't a fan but my partner didn't mind it. -Muffins, the carrot was good -Oiko Yogurt individual - can't go wrong -Hard boiled eggs -Some fresh fruit -Oatmeal/Cereal to make This is a serve yourself and they have a little seating area if you want to sit. All in all the hotel was good, the staff were friendly and I would stay there again.

Stayed here while a pet was in the nearby veterinary hospital. I needed a pet friendly hotel at a reasonable price and this was exactly what I needed. Yes the carpeting and furniture could use with some updating, however it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The customer service from all the staff was absolutely fantastic, especially Diane who provides guests with a tasty breakfast buffet. Thank you! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Just off the 401 in Port Hope, room was very clean and quiet. Beds comfortables. Gas station, a Tim Hortons, a Subway and a Harvey's besides. We were there just for a night. Free breakfast in the morning. Good quality / price!

We went on summer 2025, and till this day I still think of that place ! I've never sleep SO WELL, they have the best beds, sheets and pillows I've sleep on ! I travel a lot, and this is the place I've sleep the better , I needed to come back to post this because I want the same at home ! We were 3 families traveling , and that was the conversation the next morning The rest was okay, not a luxuary 5* hotel to brag about, but it was clean, well located and personal was nice. I have no complaint honestly and would come back. Can you please share what are those pillows and beds?

I booked this place for a short getaway for mother's Day weekend. It was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was one particular lady that was a very hard worker and I appreciated her kindness (didn't get her name). The only thing that was an issue was stains on one of the sheets.
